Le <strong>sentier de<\/strong> <strong>l&rsquo;imbut<\/strong> vous permet de d\u00e9couvrir le Verdon en \u00e9tant au <strong>c\u0153ur de la rivi\u00e8re<\/strong>. Vous trouverez des <strong>paysages sublimes<\/strong> tout au long de votre parcours. Il faut \u00eatre <strong>respectueux de l&rsquo;environnement<\/strong> en gardant vos d\u00e9chets, \u00eatre silencieux selon o\u00f9 vous passez<em> (grotte \u00e0 chauve-souris par exemple)<\/em>\u2026 Pour que la nature reste<strong> accessible \u00e0 tous.\u00a0 \ud83c\udfde\ufe0f<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Suite \u00e0 notre week-end \u00e0 <strong>Tourtour<\/strong> dans notre logement insolite <span style=\"color: #a67c52;\"><strong>la cabane F\u00e9erique<\/strong><\/span>, nous avions d\u00e9cid\u00e9 apr\u00e8s plusieurs recherches de faire cette <strong>randonn\u00e9e sur une journ\u00e9e<\/strong> <em>(nous \u00e9tions \u00e0 45 minutes en voiture)<\/em>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour bien comprendre,<strong> le sentier de l&rsquo;imbut<\/strong> ou <strong>la descente des cavaliers<\/strong>\u00a0ou <strong>le sentier Vidal<\/strong> sont une unique balade. PR\u00c9CAUTIONS \u2139\ufe0f<\/span><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C&rsquo;est quand m\u00eame une randonn\u00e9e de <strong>5 heures<\/strong> dans les <strong>Gorges du Verdon<\/strong> avec un fort d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 <em>(au d\u00e9part -1000 m\u00e8tres puis apr\u00e8s +1000 m\u00e8tres)<\/em>. Le sentier \u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>r\u00e9am\u00e9nag\u00e9 en 2018<\/strong> avec des efforts fait sur certaines portions o\u00f9 c&rsquo;est beaucoup moins glissant.<\/p><h6>\ud83d\udc49 Je vais vous donner quelques conseils pour partir serein\u00a0 :<\/h6><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au niveau de la difficult\u00e9 moyen\/difficile, si vous y allez avec des <strong>enfants<\/strong>, <strong>minimum 6\/7 ans<\/strong> et tout d\u00e9pendra de la condition physique de chacun. Vous avez un fort d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 qui sera <strong>\u00e9prouvant<\/strong> et <strong>\u00e9puisant<\/strong> pendant la <strong>remont\u00e9e <\/strong>\ud83e\udd75<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si vous s<strong>tress\u00e9<\/strong> et que vous avez peur car ce sont <strong>vos premi\u00e8res randonn\u00e9es<\/strong>, vous pouvez prendre un <strong>guide<\/strong> qui vous accompagnera tout au long de la balade.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00e9rifier les <strong>l\u00e2chers d&rsquo;eau<\/strong>, si vous voulez prendre vos plus <strong>belles photos<\/strong> de la rivi\u00e8re, renseignez-vous.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour <strong>l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement<\/strong> des <strong>chaussures de trail<\/strong> ou de <strong>bonne baskets. <\/strong>Ne surtout pas y aller en <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>sandale<\/strong> <\/span>vous risquez de vous faire une <strong>entorse\u2026.<\/strong><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour <strong>l&rsquo;eau \ud83d\udca6<\/strong> ne <strong>jamais n\u00e9gliger<\/strong> m\u00eame si votre sac \u00e0 dos est <strong>plus lourd<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est vital donc au <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>minimum 2 litres par personne<\/strong><\/span> <em>(\u00e0 ne surtout pas oublier).<\/em><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour le <strong>sac \u00e0 dos<\/strong>, si vous en avez un expr\u00e8s pour les balades, \u00e7a ne sera que <strong>plus confortable<\/strong> pour votre dos. Sinon n&rsquo;importe quel type de sac \u00e0 dos pour mettre vos <strong>encas<\/strong>, <strong>nourritures<\/strong> si vous mangez pendant votre randonn\u00e9e.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">N&rsquo;oubliez pas de prendre <strong>une couverture de survie<\/strong>, \u00e7a peut toujours servir au cas o\u00f9.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfin, vous \u00eates dans un sentier, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>contrebas<\/strong>, si vous avez un <strong>probl\u00e8me physique<\/strong> lors de votre randonn\u00e9e dans les Gorges du Verdon <em>(entorse, chute, d\u00e9shydratation\u2026)<\/em>, vous serez secouru par <strong>h\u00e9litreuillage.<\/strong> \ud83d\ude81 La prise en <strong>charge<\/strong> peut <strong>prendre un certain temps<\/strong>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lorsque nous y \u00e9tions all\u00e9s en juin 2020, nous entendions <strong>l&rsquo;h\u00e9licopt\u00e8re<\/strong> souvent dans la vall\u00e9e.
